These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoachMarketer platform provided by The Coach Marketer. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by sending unlawful or unsolicited messages, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt the platform, or violating applicable laws such as anti-spam and privacy regulations.
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms with notice.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Coach Marketer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited as set out in these Terms.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Certain provisions survive termination.
